Trypsin can act as a proteolytic enzyme. Surgery is mainly used for various ulcers, inflammation, trauma, gangrene, local abscesses and edema caused by fistulas, and is also used for conditions such as venomous snake bites; Dermatology is mainly used to treat scabies and other skin diseases. Internal medicine is mainly used for conditions such as empyema, emphysema, bronchitis, and bronchial asthma. However, medication may cause adverse reactions such as chills, fever, headache, chest pain, abdominal pain, difficulty breathing, rash, angioedema, elevated intraocular pressure, decreased white blood cells, and rare allergic shock. Intramuscular injection can easily cause pain and hardening. Not suitable for use in bleeding cavities, acute inflammation, and patients with pulmonary hemorrhage within one week. Patients with tuberculous empyema and tracheopleural fistula should use with caution. Patients with liver and kidney damage, abnormal coagulation function, and bleeding should avoid using it.
Before use, inject an appropriate amount of sodium chloride to dissolve it. Intramuscular injection: local injection or spray inhalation, the dosage depends on the condition.
