Nattokinase, also known as NK, is a serine protease produced by Bacillus subtilisl natto during the fermentation process of natto. It can dissolve thrombus, reduce blood viscosity, improve blood circulation, soften and increase the elasticity of blood vessels. The discovery of nattokinase came from what is known as the 2:30 experiment.

It is important to note that nutrient-rich natto, although it has a wide range of health functions, has an odor and also contains purines, soy isoflavones, vitamin K2 and other ingredients that are condoned for many symptoms. Nattokinase obtained from natto bacteria culture and purification is the most precious essence of fresh natto.
