Biphenylhydrazine ester has an acute oral and percutaneous LD50 of >5000mg/kg in rats and an acute inhalation LC50 of >/L. It is not irritating to the eyes and skin of rabbits: the guinea pig skin sensitization test results are non-sensitizing. The results of 90d subchronic feeding test in rats showed that the maximum non-effective dose: male rats were /kg-d; female rats were /kg-d; four mutagenicity tests: Ames test, micronucleus test, in vitro mammalian gene mutation test and in vitro mammalian chromosome aberration test were all negative and no mutagenic effect was observed. Bifenazide 480g/L suspension has acute trans-El LD50>5000mg/kg, acute transdermal LD50>2000mg/kg, acute inhalation 2LLC∞>2mg/L in rats; no skin irritation in rabbits, eye irritation in rabbits, but no corrosive effect: no skin sensitization in guinea pigs.

Function
Bifenazate is a new type of acaricide for selective foliar spray. Its mechanism of action is a unique effect on the mitochondrial electron transport chain complex III inhibitor of mites [1]. It is effective for all life stages of mites, has egg killing activity and knockdown activity for adult mites (48-72h), and has a long duration. The effective period is about 14 days, and the recommended dosage is safe for crops. Low risk to parasitic wasps, predatory mites, and lacewings.
For apples and grapes to control apple red spiders, two-spotted spider mites and McDaniel mites, as well as two-spotted spider mites and Lewis mites in ornamental plants.
