Bamboo salt is a substance obtained by putting sun-dried salt into three-year-old bamboo, sealed with natural loess at both ends, using pine as fuel, and then calcined at a high temperature of 1000°C to 1300°C.

Application&Function

The composition of bamboo salt is that NaCl contains trace amounts of calcium, potassium, copper, iron, zinc and other trace elements.
The temperature of bamboo salt calcination is as high as 700 to 1300 degrees. At this temperature, the organic matter will be completely fused and only the inorganic matter will remain. Bamboo salt is actually another form of "coarse salt." Studies have pointed out that the calcined bamboo salt may contain some other minerals. It has been found that the content of many trace elements and minerals in bamboo salt, such as manganese, calcium, zinc, iron, and sulfur, is higher than that of pure table salt or coarse salt.
