Application&Function

 

The inhibition of gastric acid secretion caused by basic gastric acid and all stimuli was significantly better than that of H2 blockers. 30mg orally once, can maintain the effect for 24 hours. It has mild to moderate inhibitory effect on pepsin. It can increase the secretion of serum gastrin. It can inhibit Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Although this product alone has no eradication effect on Hp, but combined with antibiotics can significantly improve the eradication rate of Hp.
Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (gastrinoma).
