Quinolinone fungicide oxaquinic acid, also known as oxycyclooxaquinic acid, ocisoline acid, olinic acid, belongs to the second generation of quinolinone fungicide, white with yellow white columnar crystal or crystalline powder at room temperature, odorless and tasteless, has strong antibacterial effect on gram-negative bacteria and part of positive bacteria, and has no cross-resistance with antibiotics. However, it has no antibacterial effect on fungi and mycobacterium tuberculosis, and has the advantages of low dosage and good antibacterial effect.
It is mainly used for the treatment of bacterial diseases of fish and shrimp. Aquaculturists believe that it is one of the ideal drugs for the treatment of aquatic animal diseases, and has quite strong antibacterial activity against fish pathogens such as Vibrio eel and aeromonas hydrophila. Therefore, it is widely used in eel and other aquatic animals in Japan and Taiwan Province of China, and PH has a slight influence on it in mariculture, and the dosage needs to be increased in alkaline environment. The toxicity of oxaquic acid is minimal, acute, toxicity test for carp oral lethal dose (that is, under the influence of a certain concentration of the drug can make 50% individual death time) is more than 4000mg/kg. The use of the drug must be stopped 25 days before the use, otherwise the residual amount exceeds the limit, the Japanese market is prohibited from importing, and the Taiwan region of China has added Oxolinic acid (Oxolinic acid) in fish, shrimp, eggs, cows, pigs, chickens muscle, fat, liver and kidney and other 13 residual allowances.
