Phosphate is obtained through chemical synthesis. Its main ingredient is hexahydrate, which is heated to dissolve at a temperature of about 50 ° C. It is then mixed with 4.7-dichloroquinoline and subjected to acid washing (pH 2.5-3.5), alkali washing (pH 9-10), and water washing (pH 7-8).
The anti malaria effect of this product is similar to chloroquine. After oral absorption, it is stored in the liver and slowly released into the bloodstream, with a long-term preventive effect.
