Cetilistat is a new type of pancrelipase inhibitor for the treatment of obesity in diabetic and non-diabetic patients,A long-acting and potent specific gastrointestinal lipase inhibitor, which plays a therapeutic effect by forming a covalent bond with the active serine site of gastric lipase and pancreatic lipase in the stomach and small intestine to inactivate the enzyme.
