Kanamycin sulfate is aminoglycoside broad-spectrum antibiotics, antibacterial spectrum and neomycin similar. Mainly on Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes and Shigella caused by serious infection, resistance to Staphylococcus aureus also has a good Antibacterial effect. Clinically used mainly for sensitive bacteria caused by pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection, biliary tract infection sepsis and abdominal infection, the latter two often combined with other antibacterial drugs.
