Function of Valnemulin hydrochloride
1.Valnemulin hydrochloride mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial proteins at the ribosome level, and to inhibit the synthesis of RNA at high concentrations. It is mainly antibacterial, but it is also sterilized at high concentrations. The antibacterial spectrum is wide and effective for G + and G-bacteria, and it is highly effective for molds and spirals, while it is less effective for intestinal bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella.
2.Mainly used for the prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases of chickens, porcine endemic pneumonia (or porcine asthma, porcine mycoplasma pneumonia), actinomycete pleural pneumonia, porcine dysentery, porcine colonic spirolitic disease (colitis), porcine proliferative enteropathy (ileitis).
3.As a feed additive, it has a good effect on preventing intestinal infection of pigs and chickens caused by Salmonella.
Application of Valnemulin hydrochloride
1.Valnemulin hydrochloride can affect the metabolism of moxtin and salomycin plasma carrier antibiotics. When combined, adverse reactions such as slow growth, motor disorders, and paralysis can occur.
2. It is antagonistic to antibiotics(lincomycin, erythromycin, telectin, etc.) that bind to bacterial ribosomal 50S subunits.
