Pancreatin is a digestive aid. It mainly contains trypsin, pancreatic amylase and pancrelipase. Trypsin can convert protein into peptone, pancreatic amylase converts starch into dextrin and sugar, and pancrelipase decomposes fat into glycerol and fatty acid. Strong activity under neutral or weak alkaline conditions. Digest starch, protein and fat in the intestinal juice, thereby promoting digestion and increasing appetite.
