Pancreatin is a digestive aid. It mainly contains trypsin, pancreatic amylase and pancrelipase. Trypsin can convert protein into peptone, pancreatic amylase converts starch into dextrin and sugar, and pancrelipase decomposes fat into glycerol and fatty acid.
