Sisomicin is white or almost white powder; it is odorless; it has hygroscopic properties.
Sisomicin is easily soluble in water
The specific rotation is taken from this product, accurately weighed, dissolved in water and quantitatively diluted to a solution containing 10mg per 1ml, and measured in accordance with the law (Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1990 Edition Two Appendix, page 67), calculated as a dry product, the specific rotation is +100° to +110°.
