This product is white crystalline powder. It is easily soluble in *,   easily soluble sodium carbonate, and almost insoluble in water. This product has strong anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. The effect is obviously stronger than that of aspirin, phenylbutazone, acetaminophen and ibuprofen. It also has the characteristics of fast absorption and low side effects. The mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and block inflammatory mediators. Oral absorption is rapid and complete. The plasma concentration reaches its peak value in 0.5~lh, the plasma t1/2 is about 12h, and the plasma protein binding rate is over 99%. Most of it is metabolized into B-glucuronate and excreted in the urine. [Indications] For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, acute gout and other rheumatism. It can also be used for acute pain after surgery or trauma. [Adverse reactions] Well tolerated.
