Function
Dexketoprofen trometamol is a modified non-selective COX inhibitor with a rapid onset of action that is available as both oral and parenteral formulations.Anti-inflammatory agents that are non-steroidal in nature. In addition to anti-inflammatory actions, they have analgesic, antipyretic, and platelet-inhibitory actions.They act by blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins by inhibiting cyclooxygenase, which converts arachidonic acid to cyclic endoperoxides, precursors of prostaglandins.
Application
1. clinical used in pain treatment of dysmenorrhea, toothache, surgical operation, wound and with inflammation.
2. Dexketoprofen butyl alcohol three for all the pain, suitable for short-term elimination of trauma and postoperative pain, swelling and pain, severe pain and various causes of pain.
