Flumazenil is a benzodiazepin receptor antagonist, which can be used to reverse the central sedation and hypnosis caused by the use of benzodiazepin drugs after general anesthesia surgery.     
Flumetasones is a glucocorticoid receptor agonist. This complex binds to the nucleus causing a variety of genetic activation and repressions.This product plays an antagonistic role in the central nervous system of this kind of drugs by competitively combining with this receptor.It can be used for the first aid of the use of dry benzodifluoro bitter rice medicine, and also for alcoholism.

Application & Function

1.Flumazenil has been used as an antidote in the treatment of overdoses.    
2.Flumazenil is also sometimes used to reverse the effects after surgery in a manner similar to naloxone's application to reverse the effect of opiates and opioids following surgery.        
3.Flumazenil may also be effective in reducing excessive daytime sleepiness while improving vigilance in primary hypersomnias, such as idiopathic hypersomnia.
