Niclosamide is not easy to absorb orally, maintains a high concentration in the intestines, kills the head and near segments of the aphids, and is clinically used to expel beef aphids, pork aphids and short-shelled aphids, which are more effective than betel nut and pumpkin seeds. It is also used as a molluscicide. It can kill snails and cercariae cercariae and edulis at a concentration of 0.2 to 0.5 parts per million. The dosage is 1 g/m2.
